This week we’ve got a great show with Mike Bonadies . He is a real estate investor and entrepreneur owning a property management & construction company. His niche is C and D class properties in what he calls the Deep South Jersey.
Most of these properties were built between 1880 and 1940s. He talks about the challenge and opportunity of having to problem solve and think of his feet. Mike and I have a great conversation about starting a business and how it’s not all glitz glamour that you see on instagram.
He’s got some great stories that literally include skeletons in the walls.
