Today I’ve an awesome show with David Garcia who is the founder & CEO of ScoutLogic which is a pre-employment background check company designed to improve the recruiter experience so they can focus on finding great talent.
In this episode we talk about what a leader should be looking for when performing background checks and how it varies greatly depending on the industry & role. While a lot of companies are going remote these days, when David founded ScoutLogic in 2017 they intentionally made a decision to make the company 100% remote. They now have over 100 employees split between the US & Philippines.
