This week we’ve got a great show with Chad Romzek. Chad is an engineer by trade and became an entrepreneur by solving a simple problem that he had: removing ash from the bottom of a Big Green Egg.
Chad went on to engineer a solution, get a patent, and started a company called Kick Ash Basket. This single product has now turned into a full fledged ecommerce business that allowed Chad to quit his job and become a full time entrepreneur.
Chad shares a number of great lessons that he learned along the way along with some of the mindset shifts that happened to burn the boats and go all-in on his business.
