Sam tells us an inspiring story of how he bought his first martial arts studio when he was just 15 years old. Over the next 15 years he grew his martial arts business into multiple locations that generate over $200,000 per month.
Sam took the money he was earning from the martial arts business and started to acquire rental properties, both short-term rentals and co-living houses. He now owns 14 short term rentals and 150 co-living rooms that generate over $100,000 per month in revenue.
