Tyler is the co-founder of CF Capital, which is a multi-family real estate investment firm that focuses on acquiring & operating stable cash flowing assets around the country. Tyler is also the host of the Elevate Podcast which I was fortunate enough to be a guest on recently.
We talk about his journey of learning the power of cash flow - earning passive income and banking on smaller multi-family deals. We also talk about him adding value to others in a range of capacities including syndication of private placement real estate investments and real estate consulting.
